This lovely item is a recycled platter from Ukraine.
The maker revives old, discarded wine bottles. The bottles are gathered from roadsides and forests, then cleaned and labels removed before melting them into these gorgeous trays! 
They are perfect to serve fruits, cheese or also to pass hors d'oeuvres when you are entertaining.  Definitely great for adding a unique spin to a party. They look rustic, yet refined.
